Ceramic Infrared Reflector Assemblies
Description
Long wave ceramic infrared emitters produce no visible light thus often an illusion is created that no heat is emitted. These heaters are used in very specific applications, particularly where high content of carbon is present, eg. plastics. Emitters are mostly concave in shape with varying sizes being available. To measure the temperature of these emiiters a type ‘K’ thermocouple is inserted into the heater.
Heating arrays complete with reflectors can be manufactured according to customer specifications.
