Tubular Incoloy Rod Heaters
Description
Tubular incoloy heaters are the most versatile and hardy of all elements. They can be used as either conduction or convection heaters thus enhancing their usage in many heating applications.
Moulds with backing plates extensively use incoloy heaters, since they are easily bent and shaped to fit into milled profiles. A press fit will ensure that heat transfer properties are sufficient even through there might be a small air gap between heater and the metal plate.
Bossed or flanged immersion heaters vary in length, construction, wattage and process connections. These heaters are mostly mounted into the side wall of tanks or containers and make direct contact with the solution.
