A recently established department which has proved to be an invaluable asset to the company. The service department is available on a call out basis and offers full technical back up and advice.
Full technical advice on all products is offered as part of our service to clients. The company can also assist in designing small to medium size projects which are specifically related to heating and temperature control applications.
Services offered include the following:
- Designing, installing and commissioning of electrical/temperature panels in powder coating and metal finishing plants.
- Setting up and programming process and temperature controllers
- Refurbishing electrical and temperature controlled processes in factories/plants
- Furnace thermocouple retrofits in the smelting industry – includes the supplying of all thermocouples, cables and junction boxes
Call outs are charged on an hourly basis excluding travelling time
Description
These panels are designed strictly according to customer specifications and requirements.
Liquid level and temperature control systems can be fitted into existing control panels or into new designs.
Our service department offers contracts for our technical staff to regularly check all elements and control systems on processing plants.
